Another cyclonic circulation can be seen over Southeast Uttar Pradesh and adjoining areas.
A Cyclonic Circulation is persisting over Assam and adjoining areas.

During the last 24 hours, light rain occurred at one or two places over parts of Assam.
Scattered rain and snow occurred in Jammu and Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan and Muzaffarabad.
The minimum temperature has increased by 2 to 4 degrees in Northwest India.

Light to moderate rain and snow is likely over Western Himalayas during next 2 to 3 days.
During the next 24 hours, isolated rain is possible over Punjab, Haryana, North Rajasthan, Delhi, West parts of Uttar Pradesh and West Rajasthan and Kutch.
Light rain is possible at isolated places over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.
Many parts of South and Southeast Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, parts of Vidarbha, remaining parts of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand may also receive rain and thundershowers after 24 hours.
