A trough is extending from South Chhattisgarh to South Tamil Nadu across Telangana and Rayalaseema.

During the last 24 hours, light to moderate rain with isolated heavy falls occurred over Assam, Meghalaya and Manipur.
Rest of Northeast India, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, parts of Lakshadweep, Interior Tamil Nadu, Jammu and Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, parts of Interior Karnataka and isolated parts of South Chhattisgarh, Telangana and Andaman and Nicobar Islands It rained light to moderate.
