Indian Rupee lower 22 Paise to87.11 Against US Dollar

The Indian rupee on thursday lower 22 paise to close at 87.11 per dollar, while it opened at 86.89 in the morning.

At close, the Sensex was up 609.86 points or 0.83 percent at 74,340.09, and the Nifty was up 207.40 points or 0.93 percent at 22,544.70. About 2857 shares advanced, 979 shares declined, and 104 shares unchanged.
