Rupee Rises by 03 Paise to Close at 85.50 Against US Dollar

The Indian rupee on thursday higher 03 paise to close at 85.50 per dollar, while it opened at 85.53 in the morning.

 At the close, the BSE Sensex stood at 81,633.02, up 320.70 points, or 0.39 per cent. The index fluctuated in the range of 81,816.89 - 81,106.98.
