On September 23, the Indian rupee opened with a marginal gain against the US dollar.
The rupee had closed at 95.59 on Tuesday, whereas today it opened at 95.56 per dollar, up by 3 paise.
At 9:16 AM, the BSE Sensex was trading 163 points or 0.22 percent higher at 74,692.59, while the NSE was hovering around 23,385, up by approximately 56.85 points or 0.24 percent.
