Rupee collapses against dollar, opens weak by 17 paise
Rupee opened with weakness today against the dollar in the foreign exchange market. Today the rupee opened with a weakness of 17 paise at Rs 75.92 against the dollar. At the same time, on Wednesday, the rupee closed at Rs 75.76 with a weakness of 44 paise against the dollar.
