The rupee strengthened by 34 paise to close at Rs 76.26 against the dollar this evening.
Today the stock market closed sharply.
Today, where the Sensex closed at the level of 56816.65 points with a gain of about 1039.80 points. On the other hand, Nifty closed at 16975.30 with a gain of 312.30 points.
