The Western Disturbance is over Jammu and Kashmir and adjoining areas of Ladakh.
A cyclonic circulation lies over Northeast Rajasthan and a trough is extending from this cyclonic circulation across western parts of Madhya Pradesh up to Vidarbha.
A Cyclonic Circulation is persisting over Southwest Bihar and adjoining areas.
*Weather movement across the country during the last 24 hours*
During the last 24 hours, some heavy rain with light to moderate rain occurred over Southeast Rajasthan.
Light to moderate rain occurred over western parts of Madhya Pradesh.
Apart from the southern districts, isolated light rain occurred in many parts of Gujarat.
Scattered light rain occurred over East Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, North Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Sikkim and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Light to moderate rain and snow occurred in Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir.
Dense fog was observed over some parts of Chhattisgarh and moderate fog was observed at one or two places over western parts of Rajasthan and Jharkhand.

During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain is likely over many parts of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
Light rain with scattered snow is likely over Western Himalayas.
Light rain is possible over Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal, Orissa, Vidarbha and Sikkim.
After 24 hours, the minimum temperature of Northwest India is likely to drop by 2 to 3 degrees.
Dense fog is also likely over parts of Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and West Uttar Pradesh.
