During the last 24 hours, isolated over Western Himalayas
*Light to moderate rain and snow fell.*
Light to moderate rain occurred over Punjab, Haryana, adjoining parts of West Uttar Pradesh and parts of Rajasthan.
Cold day conditions were observed in some parts of Punjab.
Dense to very dense fog was observed over isolated parts of West Rajasthan, Punjab and moderate fog at some parts of East Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha and Meghalaya.
