On Thursday the Indian Rupee lower by 19 paise to close at 95.76 against the US dollar, after opening at 95.57 in morning trade.
At close, the Sensex was down 150.63 points or 0.20 percent at 73,832.55, and the Nifty was down 53.35 points or 0.23 percent at 23,161.60. About 1325 shares advanced, 2681 shares declined, and 187 shares unchanged.
