The rupee closed at 83.75 against the dollar this evening with no change
At the end of the trading, the BSE Sensex closed at 82,948.23 with a decline of 131.43 points or 0.16 per cent. At the same time, NSE's 50 -share index, Nifty fell 41 points or 0.16 per cent to close at 25,377.55.
