On Thursday the Indian Rupee lower by 09 paise to close at 94.39 against the US dollar, after opening at 94.30 in morning trade.
At close, the Sensex was up 109.25 points or 0.14 percent at 77,100.47, and the Nifty was up 34.35 points or 0.14 percent at 24,056.00. About 1544 shares advanced, 2488 shares declined, and 180 shares unchanged.
