Rupee falls 01 Paise, Closes at 85.54 Against US Dollar
The Indian rupee on thursday lower 1 paise to close at 85.54 per dollar, while it opened at 85.53 in the morning.
The Sensex was up 1,200.18 points or 1.48 percent at 82,530.74, and the Nifty was up 395.20 points or 1.60 percent at 25,062.10. About 2511 shares advanced, 1302 shares declined, and 139 shares unchanged.
