Today evening the rupee strengthened by 5 paise to close at Rs 76.90 against the dollar.
Despite the dispute between Russia and Ukraine, the stock market closed sharply today.
Today, where the Sensex rose by about 581.34 points, it closed at the level of 53424.09. On the other hand, the Nifty closed at the level of 16013.50 with a gain of 150.30 points.
