Weather systems made across the country
A Western Disturbance is over North Pakistan and adjoining areas. It will reach Jammu and Kashmir by tonight.
The Induced Cyclonic Circulation is persisting over South Rajasthan and adjoining region.
A trough is extending from South Madhya Maharashtra to a cyclonic circulation over South Rajasthan across Gujarat.
Circulation can be seen over South Bangladesh.
Weather movement across the country during the last 24 hours
During the last 24 hours, light to moderate rain and snow has occurred over Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad and over Jammu and Kashmir.
Heavy rains occurred at two places in South Tamil Nadu. And rest of Tamil Nadu and Kerala witnessed light to moderate rain.
Light rain occurred over South-West Madhya Pradesh, North Konkan and adjoining Goa and North Madhya Maharashtra and South Interior Karnataka.
There was a slight increase in day temperatures over Central and North India.
Threat weather activity during 24 hours
During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain and thundershowers are very likely to occur over southern parts of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Heavy to very heavy rainfall at one or two places cannot be ruled out.
Light rain and thundershowers are very likely over Southeast Rajasthan, Western parts of Madhya Pradesh, parts of Konkan and Goa, North Madhya Maharashtra and Marathwada.
Light rain or snow may occur over Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad and upper parts of Jammu and Kashmir.
