The depression over Chhattisgarh and adjoining area has intensified into a well-marked low pressure over the weekend and is now over Northeast Madhya Pradesh and adjoining region. It is expected to rise under low pressure by this evening and move westwards across Madhya Pradesh. The cyclonic circulation over South Gujarat extends up to 5.8 km above mean sea level. The Monsoon Trough is passing through a Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Dwarka, Baroda, Bhopal, Northeast Madhya Pradesh Daltonganj, Digha and then towards South East over East Central Bay of Bengal. A trough is extending from a cyclonic circulation over South Gujarat to Gangetic West Bengal over Northeast Madhya Pradesh over Northeast Madhya Pradesh.

Light to moderate rain occurred at isolated places over Chhattisgarh, parts of Jharkhand, parts of Vidarbha, South Madhya Pradesh, Konkan and Goa, Gujarat and Madhya Maharashtra.
