A trough is extending from a low pressure area to West Central Bay of Bengal off Andhra coast across Tamil Nadu.
A Cyclonic Circulation is persisting over North Pakistan and adjoining areas.

During the last 24 hours, isolated parts of Odisha witnessed heavy rains.
Moderate rains were observed over parts of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala.
Light rain was observed over some parts of Karnataka and isolated parts of Northeast India.

During the next 24 hours, moderate to heavy rains are very likely over Tamil Nadu and Puducherry along with some parts of Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Telangana.
